Moped means every vehicle that travels on not more than three wheels in contact with the ground
Trap means fixed gear anchored to the bottom, usually containing a guide net that leads bluefin tuna into an enclosure or series of enclosures where it is kept prior to harvesting or farming;
Dike means an embankment or ridge of either natural or man-made materials used to prevent the movement of liquids, sludges, solids, or other materials.

Loop or "Unbundled Loop" shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.2.1.
PNode has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.

Automotive windshield washer fluid means any liquid designed for use in a motor vehicle windshield washer system either as an antifreeze or for the purpose of cleaning, washing, or wetting the windshield.
