IntraLATA Toll Traffic definition

IntraLATA Toll Traffic means the IntraLATA traffic, regardless of the transport protocol method, between two locations within one LATA where one of the locations lies outside of the mandatory local calling area as defined by the Commission.
IntraLATA Toll Traffic means the IntraLATA traffic between two locations within one LATA where one of the locations lies outside of the normal local calling area as defined by the applicable Commission.
IntraLATA Toll Traffic. Telecommunications traffic between two locations within one LATA where one of the locations lies outside of the originating or terminating CenturyLink Local Calling Area as defined in CenturyLink’s local exchange Tariff on file with the Commission.

  • Such Toll VoIP-PSTN Traffic will be identified as InterLATA Traffic or IntraLATA Toll Traffic by using the originating and terminating call detail information of each call unless the Parties specifically agree otherwise.
