Landlord Waivers definition

Landlord Waivers has the meaning specified therefor in Section 7.01(m).
Landlord Waivers means, collectively, each of the Landlord Waivers delivered by the landlord of each material facility leased by the Borrower and any Guarantor listed on Schedule 1 hereto or arising after the Closing Date and delivered by the Borrower and the Guarantors, as applicable, pursuant to Article VI or Section 9.21 hereof, substantially in the form of Exhibit P hereto and incorporated herein by reference;
Landlord Waivers means, collectively, any and all waivers, consents, agreements or other documents, in form and substance satisfactory to the Purchaser, entered into for the benefit of the Purchaser by any landlords, lessors, sublessors or other Persons that lease real property to the Company or any of its Subsidiaries, including those listed on Schedule 1.1A.

Examples of Landlord Waivers in a sentence

  • To the extent required by the Administrative Agent in its sole discretion upon written notice to the Borrower, the Borrower shall exercise commercially reasonable best efforts to obtain Landlord Waivers with respect to all Permitted Inventory Locations that are subject to Specified Leases, including, without limitation, Landlord Waivers in connection with leases extended, renegotiated or entered into after the Closing Date.

More Definitions of Landlord Waivers

Landlord Waivers means landlord waivers in form and substance acceptable to the Collateral Agent executed by the lessors of any Credit Party’s or its Subsidiaries’ facilities.
