  • Collaborator shall place a proper proprietary marking on each medium used for recording Subject Data that Collaborator delivers to ARL for a JWS under this Master Agreement that Collaborator asserts is Proprietary Information.

  • Each Party shall provide to the other Party an annual report every twelve months from the effective date of the JWS, listing all Subject Inventions made under the JWS during the term of the JWS.

  • The hirer shall be responsible for providing JWS with an accurate description of the waste.

  • COLLABORATOR shall fund all of its activities under this Master Agreement, and in addition, COLLABORATOR agrees to reimburse ARL to the extent provided in this paragraph and in the JWS.

  • The parties shall make a good faith effort to agree to any changes consistent with the basic scope of research set forth in the JWS.
