Collaborator shall place a proper proprietary marking on each medium used for recording Subject Data that Collaborator delivers to ARL for a JWS under this Master Agreement that Collaborator asserts is Proprietary Information.
Each Party shall provide to the other Party an annual report every twelve months from the effective date of the JWS, listing all Subject Inventions made under the JWS during the term of the JWS.
Each party may suggest changes to the scope and direction of the cooperative effort and the JWS.
