PSEA definition
PSEA means the employers' association that is established for post-secondary institutions under the Public Sector Employers' Act and that is the employer bargaining agent for all institutions.

In the event a probationary Unit member is absent on paid leave, pursuant to Article 9, for more than five (5) days during the probationary period, the probationary period shall be extended by one (1) day for each day of paid leave in excess of five (5) days. 1.1.11 "Regular, Full-Time Employee" is defined as a member of the Unit who is assigned to work eight (8) hours a day for the annual number of work days specified in Article 5. 1.1.12 “Regular, Part-Time Employee" is defined as a member of the Unit who is assigned to work less hours per day than the regular full-time employee as defined in this Agreement. 1.1.15 "Workdays” are days on which the District administrative offices are open for public business. 1.1.16 “Days” as used in this Agreement refer to calendar days.
