Judicial Restraint. Nothing contained herein shall preclude the Village or the Union from obtaining judicial restraint and damages in the event the other party violates this Article.

The parties agree that the School has the right to obtain, to the extent provided by law, judicial relief in the event employees covered by this Agreement and/or the Union violates this Article and that nothing contained herein shall be construed to preclude the School from exercising such right.
