Joint Foreground IP definition

Joint Foreground IP means the Joint Foreground Patents and the Joint Foreground Know-How.
Joint Foreground IP means (a) the Intellectual Property that is first developed and reduced to practice within the activities and during the term of this Amendment No. 4 jointly by employees of both Parties or their respective Subcontractors or their respective Affiliates, and (b) all associated Intellectual Property Rights protecting the foregoing Intellectual Property.
Joint Foreground IP shall have the meaning set forth in ‎Section 6.03(a)(ii)(B).

More Definitions of Joint Foreground IP

Joint Foreground IP shall have the meaning set out in Section 8.1(b).
Joint Foreground IP means Intellectual Property jointly created by employees of RPO and employees of Charity and all rights therein.
Joint Foreground IP is defined in Section 15.1.2 (Foreground IP).
Joint Foreground IP means all Foreground Intellectual Property that is not QIAGEN Foreground IP or SYROS Foreground IP.
Joint Foreground IP means as defined in Section 8.4.2.2 of this Agreement.
Joint Foreground IP means (a) any Know-How discovered, conceived or reduced to practice by one or more employees of, or on behalf of, GNE, and one or more employees of, or on behalf of, Immunocore in the course of performing activities under this Agreement; and (b) any Patents claiming the Know-How in Section 1.84(a), which Patents have an earliest priority date after the Effective Date. For the avoidance of doubt, Joint Foreground IP excludes any GNE Foreground IP and any Immunocore Foreground IP.
Joint Foreground IP has the meaning set forth in Section 11.01(c) (Ownership).
