JBE Project Manager definition

JBE Project Manager means the individual appointed by the JBE to communicate directly with the Contractor Project Manager.
JBE Project Manager or “AOC Project Manager” means the individual appointed by the AOC to communicate directly with the Contractor Project Manager.
JBE Project Manager or “Judicial Council Project Manager” means the individual appointed by the Judicial Council to communicate directly with the Contractor Project Manager.

  • The Contractor Project Manager shall respond promptly and fully to all inquiries from the JBE Project Manager.

  • The Contractor Project Manager and the JBE Project Manager shall work together to mitigate any impact on the schedule as set forth in a Statement of Work caused by any replacement of a Project Staff member.
