Jail operations definition

Jail operations means activities relating to the detention of prisoners, arrestees or detainees at a detention facility, jail, work program, or other facility however described used to hold prisoners, arrestees, or detainees in the charge of an insured.

Jail operations means all the following: the operation of a jail, holding cell, holding center, or lockup as those terms are defined in section 62 of the Corrections Code of 1953, 1953 PA 232, MCL 791.262 and the operation of a juvenile detention facility by the county juvenile agency as authorized under section 7 of the County Juvenile Agency Act, 1998 PA 518, MCL 45.627 (MCL 123.1345(p)).

  • Radiographic operations means all activities performed with a radiographic exposure device, or with a radiation machine. Activities include using, transporting except by common or contract carriers, or storing at a temporary job site, performing surveys to confirm the adequacy of boundaries, setting up equipment, and any activity inside restricted area boundaries. Transporting a radiation machine is not considered a radiographic operation.

  • Supplier Operations means all assets, processes and systems (including information systems), data (including Customer data), personnel, and sites, used or processed by Supplier from time to time in the performance of this Agreement.

  • Petroleum Operations means, as the context may require, Exploration Operations, Development Operations or Production Operations or any combination of two or more of such operations, including construction, operation and maintenance of all necessary facilities, plugging and abandonment of Xxxxx, safety, environmental protection, transportation, storage, sale or disposition of Petroleum to the Delivery Point, Site Restoration and any or all other incidental operations or activities as may be necessary.

  • Operations Manager means each of the Company and Provider payroll, benefits and information technology representatives on the Operations Management Team as identified in Section 6.0 below.

  • Commencement of Operations means, with respect to any Facility, the completion and the performance of all of the following activities:
