ISV Customer definition

ISV Customer means a Customer who is an independent software vendor and is designated as an ISV Customer in an Order Form.
ISV Customer means customer is already a salesforce customer and ADvendio licenses are adjusted to their equal or larger amount of existing Lightning Platform or Sales Cloud users.
ISV Customer means any independent software vendor from which any Company Group Member directly receives compensation as a result of such Company Group Member selling, reselling or licensing any Company Products.

  • The following additional terms apply to ISV Customer and SaaS Customer.

  • DMA Customer means a Customer of a Sponsoring Broker where representatives of the Customer that are natural persons are designated by the Sponsoring Broker to have Trading Access to the SEF Platform using the Participant ID of the Sponsoring Broker and where such Customer signs the DMA Customer Documentation.
