Inviting Club definition

Inviting Club means Marlborough Car Club Inc. which is organising and hosting the Championship; and
Inviting Club means the MotorSport NZ Member Club hosting each Round of each Series; and
Inviting Club means the MotorSport NZ-affiliated club hosting the Championship which for this event is the South Island Endurance Racing Drivers Club; and ‘MotorSport New Zealand’ or ‘MSNZ’ means the governing body for motorsport in New Zealand; and ‘National Sporting Code’ or ‘NSC’ means the National Sporting Code of MotorSport NZ amended from time to time; and

  • The Club means the above-named club;

The affairs and management of the organization are conducted by a board of directors, executive committee, or similar body chosen by the members at an annual meeting. The organization has established bylaws and/or a constitution to govern its activities. The organization has been granted an exemption from the payment of federal income tax as a club under 26 U.S.C. Section 501.

  • Member Club means any past or present member club of the NFL or any past member club of the American Football League.

  • Nightclub means an establishment that provides

  • Direct seller means a person selling consumer products to individuals for personal or household use and not from a fixed retail location, including selling such product at in-home product demonstrations, parties, and other one-on-one selling.

  • Dewatering means the removal of water for construction activity. It can be a discharge of appropriated surface or groundwater to dry and/or solidify a construction site. It may require Minnesota Department of Natural Resources permits to be appropriated and if contaminated may require other MPCA permits to be discharged.

  • Shopping Centre means a grouping of commercial retail outlets which have been designed, developed and managed as a unit by a single owner or group of owners or tenants located on the same lot or lots with a frontage not less than 45 metres and having common on-site parking;
