Investor Contribution definition

Investor Contribution means an investment of cash by a person with state premium tax liability in a growth fund that equals the amount specified with respect to the person in the department’s approval of a growth fund’s application pursuant to Section 12‑70‑120(E). The investment shall purchase an equity interest in the growth fund or purchase, at par value or premium, a debt instrument that has a maturity date at least five years from the closing date and a repayment schedule that is no faster than level principal amortization over five years.
