Contribution Amounts definition

Contribution Amounts means the Net Cash Proceeds of cash contributions (other than from the issuance of Disqualified Capital Stock or contributions by Holdings or any Restricted Subsidiary) made to the capital of Holdings (which Net Cash Proceeds are in turn contributed to the Borrower in the form of common equity) after the Closing Date (whether through the issuance or sale of Qualified Capital Stock or otherwise).
