Interruptible Storage Service Agreement definition

Interruptible Storage Service Agreement means an agreement pursuant to which the Company provides gas storage services, other than Firm Storage Service Agreements, including, without limitation, the temporary or interruptible storage of natural gas in or temporary or interruptible lending of natural gas from the Company’s natural gas storage facilities, each pursuant to its tariff on file with the CPUC.

Examples of Interruptible Storage Service Agreement in a sentence

  • Each invoice for Interruptible storage service shall reflect the applicable charges set forth under Section 3 of this Rate Schedule, at rates set forth in Customer’s Interruptible Storage Service Agreement.

  • The withdrawal from storage on any Day of Customer’s Gas, upon nomination and confirmation, up to Customer’s Maximum Daily Withdrawal Quantity (“MDWQ”), as stated in Customer’s Interruptible Storage Service Agreement, and the delivery of such Gas to the Point(s) of Delivery, provided that all higher priority withdrawals have been satisfied and Customer has a quantity of Gas in Customer’s ISS Storage Inventory account not less than the quantity Customer shall have nominated for withdrawal on such Day.

  • Customer shall either pay directly to the taxing authority or reimburse SGRM for all applicable taxes as may be assessed against SGRM, in accordance with GT&C 15 and set forth in Customer’s Interruptible Storage Service Agreement.

  • Interconnection Construction Service Agreement means the agreement entered into by an Interconnection Customer, Interconnected Transmission Owner and the Transmission Provider pursuant to Tariff, Part VI, Subpart B and in the form set forth in Tariff, Attachment P, relating to construction of Attachment Facilities, Network Upgrades, and/or Local Upgrades and coordination of the construction and interconnection of an associated Customer Facility. A separate Interconnection Construction Service Agreement will be executed with each Transmission Owner that is responsible for construction of any Attachment Facilities, Network Upgrades, or Local Upgrades associated with interconnection of a Customer Facility.
