Storage Services. The above stated charge for winter storage shall include lift out & launch, bottom wash, and moving within Sunset winter storage facilities. The owner is required to remove the vessel from the property that day of launching. All other services or repairs requested by Owner(s) (including draining of motors, water systems, toilet systems, bilge, etc.) must be paid by Owner(s) at SBM’s established hourly rate plus materials.
Storage Services. 2.1. The Storage Customer agrees to contract the following Bundled Product offered by the Storage Service Provider at the Storage Facility in accordance with the respectively valid Storage Specification (Annex 3 to this Agreement) as applicable on the date of conclusion of the Agreement at the Storage Fee stipulated herein: 2.2. Storage Services. 2.1 The SSO offers Storage Services in accordance with the relevant Gas Storage Agreement and conditions published on the Website. 2.2 The SSO intends to offer following Storage Services, subject to their operational and technical availability. This point 2 only contains a generic description of the Storage Services. The detailed terms and conditions for the Storage Services, including pricing, are published on the Website to the extent not set out in the Gas Storage Agreement. Storage Services. 2.1. In view of concluding Storage Service Agreements, the Storage Service Provider offers the Storage Services pursuant to the provisions of the Storage Service Agreement (including its Annexes). 2.2. The Storage Customer shall be entitled to inject the Natural Gas and withdraw the Natural Gas at any time during the entire term of the Storage Service Agreement. 2.3. The Storage Service Provider offers all types of Storage Services as Bundled and Unbundled Products on a firm and interruptible basis. 2.4. The Storage Services offered by the Storage Service Provider shall be subject to the technical restrictions imposed by the operation of the Storage Facility and, in particular, subject to both the Injection and Withdrawal Parameters pursuant to the applicable provisions of this Storage Specification as amended. 2.5. The Storage Service Provider provides the Storage Customer with both graphic and tabular surveys on freely available, reserved or firmly booked Storage Capacities through its website ▇▇▇.▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇.
Storage Services. 9.1. CBH will provide the Grain Storage Services for a Customer who elects to utilise Standard Direct to Port by submitting an Export Nomination in accordance with this Agreement for no more than the relevant Assembly Window.
Storage Services. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to the terms and conditions set out herein upon nomination to Enbridge for the provision of the following services (collectively, the “Storage Services”): (a) Maximum Storage Balance, Maximum Daily Injection Demand, Maximum Daily Withdrawal Demand, Receipt Points and Delivery Points, F24-S Service, and Fuel Requirements shall be as set out in Schedule 1. (b) Gas Stored by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇: (i) Enbridge agrees, on any Day to either receive a quantity of gas from Shipper at the Receipt Point and credit the Storage Account, or to deliver a quantity of gas to Shipper at the Delivery Point and debit the Storage Account, such quantity of gas as Shipper may nominate and Enbridge has authorized for Storage Service; (ii) Under no circumstances shall Enbridge be obligated to receive a quantity of gas in excess of the lesser of (1) the firm portion of the Maximum Daily Injection Demand; and (2) the firm portion of the Maximum Daily Injection Demand that would cause the Storage Account to exceed the Maximum Storage Balance. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees that it shall, upon the request of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, use reasonable efforts to accept receipt of greater daily quantities, on an interruptible basis, if present or possible future operating conditions permit in ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇'s sole discretion; and, (iii) Enbridge shall under no circumstances be obligated to deliver a quantity of gas in excess of the lesser of (1) the firm portion of the Maximum Daily Withdrawal Demand; and
Storage Services. 10.1. Subject to CBH agreeing an alternative Assembly Window, CBH will provide the Grain Storage Services for a Customer who elects to utilise High Volume Direct to Vessel by submitting an Export Nomination for a shipment from the Kwinana Port Terminal Facility in accordance with this Agreement for no more than 6 days prior to the Direct to Vessel Target Date. 10.2. Subject to CBH agreeing an alternative Assembly Window, CBH will provide the Grain Storage Services for a Customer who elects to utilise High Volume Direct to Vessel by submitting an Export Nomination for a shipment from a Port other than the Kwinana Port Terminal Facility in accordance with this Agreement for no more than 11 days prior to the Direct to Vessel Target Date. 10.3. If the Customer requires additional days for accumulation of the cargo beyond the Direct to Vessel Target Date, the Customer will be charged the Additional Accumulation and Storage Fee as set out in the Fees and Charges Schedule. The Additional Accumulation and Storage Fee will apply to the total quantity of Grain nominated to be delivered to High Volume Direct to Vessel in the relevant Export Nomination that is stored beyond the Direct to Vessel Target Date on a per day rate.
Storage Services. The Inside Storage and Land Storage options shall include the following services provided by Licensor: (a) Licensor shall haul the Vessel, and (b) Licensor shall power wash the hull of the Vessel during the haul-out season only upon customer’s request. Licensor shall determine the number of blocks and stands necessary to secure the vessel. Outside Storage shall not include tarps or other coverage and requires that Vessels be subject to inclement weather. All Vessels stored on the Property are not stored in secured areas; such buildings are not alarmed and are not locked at all times. Licensor is not responsible for the security of the Vessel or any personal property located in or on the Vessel, the Vessel and such personal property being stored at the sole risk of Licensee. Licensee acknowledges that Licensor bears no liability or responsibility for the Vessel or any personal property of Licensee.
Storage Services will provide the Grain Storage Services for a Customer who elects to utilise Post-Harvest Direct to Vessel by submitting an Export Nomination in accordance with this Agreement for no more than 14 days prior to the Direct to Vessel Target Date.
