Examples of Interruptible Service in a sentence
This unit shall not be used to provide power during a voluntary agreed to power outage and/or power reduction initiated under an Interruptible Service Contract (ISC); Demand Response Program (DRP); Load Reduction Program (LRP) and/or similar arrangement(s) with the electrical power supplier.
Interruptible Service means the services provided by Service Provider to the User in accordance with section 2.3. Interruptible Transportation Agreement means a Transportation Agreement which provides for transportation services on an interruptible basis, including any parts of the User’s agreement relating to an Interruptible Service.
The Interruptible Service is offered because, while Service Provider does not believe it will be sought by a significant part of the market, it enables Users and Prospective Users to understand the conditions on which capacity may be available in the Pipeline at this time.
When a customer withdraws natural gas under the Seasonal Service - Rate 8 or under the Interruptible Service - Rate 9 and under a firm service rate at a single metering point, the volume withdrawn during one day is first accounted for under the firm service rate up to the daily subscribed volume.
For any Consumer at one location whose annual natural gas requirements equal or exceed 680,000m3 and who contracts for such service for a minimum of one year, or who received Interruptible Service continuously since December 31, 1996.
