Interrupted Party definition

Interrupted Party means a Party prevented or restricted directly or indirectly from carrying out all or any of its obligations under this Agreement by reason of an Interruption Event;

  • Service Interruption means the cessation of electricity supply to an ICP for a period of 1 minute or longer, other than by reason of De-energisation of that ICP:
