Intermediate Threshold definition

Intermediate Threshold. Shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.1(cc) hereof.
Intermediate Threshold means $150,000 the most recent intermediate cap set by Board Resolution.
Intermediate Threshold means $150,000. Regardless of the dollar value of the Contract, the College may, at its discretion, enter into a Personal Services Contract without complying with formal or informal solicitation requirements if an Emergency, as defined in CCR.207 exists.

More Definitions of Intermediate Threshold

Intermediate Threshold. (which must occur no later than the twelfth (12th) month following Completion to be effective) shall mean, and shall have been achieved when: (i) at least six (6) months have elapsed since Completion; (ii) Agent reasonably determining that not less than 87.5% of the units then scheduled to be occupied under the Occupancy Schedule set forth in Exhibit H to the Loan Agreement are then occupied and all payments are being made in accordance with the terms of Approved Leases, and (iii) Agent reasonably determining that the NOI of the Project on a cumulative basis for the period from Completion through the last day covered by the most recent Facility Summary Report submitted by Borrower and approved in writing by Agent, as set forth in such Facility Summary Report, is no less than 87.5% of the projected NOI set forth in the Budget (or any revised projected NOI approved by the Requisite Lenders in writing for such respective period).
Intermediate Threshold means the procurement of personal services that exceeds $100,000 but does not exceed $150,000.

  • VWAP Minimum Price Threshold means, with respect to any particular VWAP Purchase Notice, the Sale Price on the VWAP Purchase Date equal to the greater of (i) 80% of the Closing Sale Price on the Business Day immediately preceding the VWAP Purchase Date or (ii) such higher price as set forth by the Company in the VWAP Purchase Notice.

  • Minimum Takedown Threshold shall have the meaning given in Section 2.1.4.

  • Minimum Capital Requirement means the Minimum Capital Requirement, the minimum group Solvency Capital Requirement or other minimum capital requirements (as applicable) referred to in the Relevant Rules;

The department shall designate these reduced investment counties by December thirty‑first of each year using data from the South Carolina Department of Employment and Workforce and the United States Department of Commerce. The designations are effective for a sponsor whose fee agreement is signed in the calendar year following the county designation. For all purposes of this chapter, the minimum investment may include amounts expended by a sponsor or sponsor affiliate as a nonresponsible party in a voluntary cleanup contract on the property pursuant to Article 7, Chapter 56, Title 44, the Brownfields Voluntary Cleanup Program, if the Department of Health and Environmental Control certifies completion of the cleanup. If the amounts under the Brownfields Voluntary Cleanup Program equal at least one million dollars, the investment threshold requirement of this chapter is deemed to have been met.

  • S&P Required Ratings Threshold means, with respect to Party A, the guarantor under an Eligible Guarantee or an Eligible Replacement, a long-term unsecured and unsubordinated debt rating from S&P of "BBB+".

  • Additional Accelerated Purchase Minimum Price Threshold means, with respect to an Additional Accelerated Purchase made pursuant to Section 2(c) hereof, any minimum per share price threshold set forth in the applicable Additional Accelerated Purchase Notice.

  • Minimum Transfer Amount means, with respect to a party, the amount specified as such for that party in Paragraph 13; if no amount is specified, zero.

  • Threshold Price is the lowest price (except to the extent otherwise provided in Section 2.6) at which the Company may sell Shares during the applicable Pricing Period as set forth in a Fixed Request Notice (not taking into account the applicable percentage discount during such Pricing Period determined in accordance with Section 2.2); provided, however, that at no time shall the Threshold Price be lower than $3.00 per share unless the Company and the Investor mutually shall agree.

  • Indemnity Threshold has the meaning set forth in Section 9.3.

  • Contract Minimum Investment Requirement means, with respect to the Project, investment by the Company and any Sponsor Affiliates of at least $10,000,000 in Economic Development Property subject (non-exempt) to ad valorem taxation (in the absence of this Fee Agreement).

  • Required Ratings Threshold means each of the S&P Required Ratings Threshold and the Moody’s Second Trigger Ratings Threshold.

  • Threshold Percentage means 15%.
