Instrument of Proxy definition

Instrument of Proxy means the form of proxy provided to registered Shareholders by the Corporation for use in respect of the Meeting.

Instrument of Proxy means an instrument whereby any person is authorized to vote for a Member at a General Meeting or Poll in accordance with provisions of the Act.

Instrument of Proxy means the form of proxy for use by Shareholders to vote at the Meeting.
