Innovative Technologies. A. PSCo and CECP shall work jointly on innovative technologies, practices and measures to examine cost-effective programs and strategies to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, including but not limited to the innovative technology program described herein. The programs and strategies may also include terrestrial or geological carbon sequestration and small-scale and community-owned renewable energy projects.

Innovative Technologies. 1. The Parties recognize that this Multi-Site Agreement presents a unique opportunity to consider innovative technologies in the Corrective Action process. As a result, one of the goals of this Multi-Site Agreement is the increased utilization of innovative technologies. Broadly, “innovative technologies” includes proven processes for both site characterization and remediation which show promise but which may not have been fully demonstrated in full scale field applications. Innovative technologies may be considered when they may result in savings in cost or in time, or may promote a more environmentally friendly alternative to current Corrective Action practices.
Innovative Technologies. The innovative multifunctional devices, printers and copiers offer many choices in software innovation. A good example of these technologies is the Xerox printer translation software for just in time cost savings. Other differentiators are the Lexmark applications for disabled workers in addition to the MFP embedded solution framework that allows users to load and run software solutions tailored to their specific needs or the industry they serve.   • Technology Discoveries, innovations, Know-How and inventions, whether patentable or not, including computer software, recognized under U.S. law as intellectual creations to which rights of ownership accrue, including, but not limited to, patents, trade secrets, maskworks and copyrights developed under this Agreement.

  • New Technology When new or updated technology is introduced into a workplace, it will be the responsibility of the employer to provide appropriate and, if necessary, ongoing training to the employees directly affected. Such training will include any health and safety implications or information that will enable employees to operate the equipment without discomfort and will help maintain their general well-being.

  • Innovations As used in this Agreement, the term “Innovations” means all processes, machines, manufactures, compositions of matter, improvements, inventions (whether or not protectable under patent laws), works of authorship, information fixed in any tangible medium of expression (whether or not protectable under copyright laws), moral rights, mask works, trademarks, trade names, trade dress, trade secrets, know-how, ideas (whether or not protectable under trade secret laws), and all other subject matter protectable under patent, copyright, moral right, mask work, trademark, trade secret or other laws, and includes without limitation all new or useful art, combinations, discoveries, formulae, manufacturing techniques, technical developments, discoveries, artwork, software, and designs. “Innovations” includes “Inventions,” which is defined to mean any inventions protected under patent laws.

  • Technology License 4.1 Unless any event described in Article 2.2 or 2.3 of this Agreement occurs, all of the technology required to be licensed for any of Party B’s business shall be provided by Party A on an exclusive basis. Party A will try its best to license Party B to use the technology owned by Party A, or re-license Party B to use the technology as approved by the owner.

  • Manufacturing Technology Transfer With respect to each Technology Transfer Product, upon AbbVie’s written request after the Inclusion Date for the Included Target to which such Technology Transfer Product is Directed, Morphic shall effect a full transfer to AbbVie or its designee (which designee may be an Affiliate or a Third Party manufacturer) of all Morphic Know-How and Joint Know-How relating to the then-current process for the Manufacture of such Technology Transfer Product (the “Manufacturing Process”) and to implement the Manufacturing Process at facilities designated by AbbVie (such transfer and implementation, as more fully described in this Section 5.3, the “Manufacturing Technology Transfer”). To assist with the Manufacturing Technology Transfer, Morphic will make its personnel reasonably available to AbbVie during normal business hours for up to [***] FTE hours with respect to each Included Target (in each case, free of charge to AbbVie) to transfer and implement the Manufacturing Process under this Section 5.3. At all times during the term of this Agreement and thereafter, Employee shall do all things reasonably necessary to ensure ownership of such New Developments by Employer, including the execution of documents assigning and transferring to Employer all of Employee’s rights, title and interest in and to such New Developments and the execution of all documents required to enable Employer to file and obtain patents, trademarks, service marks and copyrights in the United States and foreign countries on any of such New Developments.
