Inmarsat Network definition

Inmarsat Network means all or any part of the terrestrial or Satellite based communications network over which the Services are provided, whether directly or indirectly owned or operated by the Company, or via or in conjunction with third parties;
Inmarsat Network means the network comprising one or more Inmarsat satellites, network control centre, satellite control facility, ground stations (including gateways or satellite access stations), terrestrial interconnections and interconnection nodes through which Inmarsat offers mobile satellite communications services.
Inmarsat Network means the MSS and ATC system operated from time to time by Inmarsat or any of its Affiliates. Intended Spectrum has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 3.4(b). ITU means the International Telecommunication Union. ITU Radio Regulations means the Radio Regulations of the International Telecommunications Union.
