Initial Awards definition

Initial Awards means any awards made to an Eligible Director pursuant to Section 6(a), including any predecessor version thereof.

Initial Awards means the Initial Options and those other Annual Stock Awards and Performance Stock Options awarded to Xxxxxxxxx from June 30, 2006 until the aggregate Deemed Value of all such Initial Options, Annual Stock Awards and Performance Stock Options, at the time each is granted, equals $4,200,000. Initial Awards means the Options granted immediately prior to the effectiveness of the registration statement relating to the Corporation's initial public offering, which Options are granted to officers and employees of the Corporation and the Manager and which are exercisable for an aggregate of 300,000 shares of Common Stock.

Examples of Initial Awards in a sentence

• All of a Non-Employee Director’s Initial Awards and Subsequent Awards shall vest in full immediately prior to the occurrence of a Change in Control (as defined in the Equity Plan), to the extent outstanding at such time.
