Publicly Traded definition

Publicly Traded means listed or admitted to trading on the New York Stock Exchange, the American Stock Exchange or another national securities exchange or designated for quotation on the NASDAQ National Market, or any successor to any of the foregoing.
Publicly Traded means a company that (i) has a class of securities that is traded on a national securities exchange and (ii) is required to file periodic reports with either the Securities and Exchange Commission or its primary federal bank regulator.
Publicly Traded means having common equity securities listed or admitted to trading on any U.S. national securities exchange.

Publicly Traded means, relative to any security, that such security is (i) listed on a domestic securities exchange, (ii) quoted on the Nasdaq National Market or the Nasdaq SmallCap Market, or (iii) traded in the domestic over-the-counter market, which trades are reported on the OTC Bulletin Board or reported by the National Quotation Bureau, Incorporated.
