Infrastructure Construction definition

Infrastructure Construction means construction renovation and maintenance of water work, electricity, communications, telecommunications, water drainage, carriage of petroleum by pipe, road, rail and other related activities which proceed on, under and above ground. Infrastructure Construction. Our infrastructure construction business mainly includes greening works, facilities and road constructions and earthwork and has constituted a substantial part of our revenue. For the years ended 31 December 2017, 2018 and 2019 and the nine months ended 30 September 2019 and 2020, our revenue generated from the infrastructure construction business was approximately RMB1,259.46 million, RMB1,335.24 million, RMB1,379.98 million, RMB828.96 million and RMB931.30 million, respectively, representing approximately 37.25 per cent., 24.53 per cent., 22.49 per cent., 19.21 per cent. and 18.87 per cent. of our total revenue, respectively. • Manufacture of optical and optoelectronic products: We started to engage in the manufacture and sale of optical and optoelectronic products since we acquired Suzhou Jinfu in May 2019. For the years ended 31 December 2019 and the nine months ended 30 September 2019 and 2020, our revenue generated from the optical and optoelectronic product manufacturing business was approximately RMB746.46 million, RMB698.84 million and RMB913.02 million, respectively, representing approximately 12.17 per cent., 16.20 per cent. and 18.50 per cent. of our total revenue, respectively.

Related to Infrastructure Construction

  • Pre-Construction Phase Services means the participation, documentation and execution of Contractor’s Pre-Construction Phase deliverables as required by this Agreement and further defined in Article 5.

  • Vertical construction means the construction or remodeling of any building, structure or other improvement that is predominantly vertical, including, without limitation, a building, structure or improvement for the support, shelter and enclosure of persons, animals, chattels or movable property of any kind, and any improvement appurtenant thereto.

  • New construction means, for the purposes of determining insurance rates, structures for which the "start of construction" commenced on or after the effective date of an initial FIRM or after December 31, 1974, whichever is later, and includes any subsequent improvements to such structures. For floodplain management purposes, "new construction" means structures for which the "start of construction" commenced on or after the effective date of the floodplain management regulations adopted by a community and includes any subsequent improvements to such structures.

  • Interconnection Construction Service Agreement means the agreement entered into by an Interconnection Customer, Interconnected Transmission Owner and the Transmission Provider pursuant to Tariff, Part VI, Subpart B and in the form set forth in Tariff, Attachment P, relating to construction of Attachment Facilities, Network Upgrades, and/or Local Upgrades and coordination of the construction and interconnection of an associated Customer Facility. A separate Interconnection Construction Service Agreement will be executed with each Transmission Owner that is responsible for construction of any Attachment Facilities, Network Upgrades, or Local Upgrades associated with interconnection of a Customer Facility.

  • Pipeline Construction means a substantial disturbance to agricultural land associated with installation, replacement, removal, operation or maintenance of a pipeline, but shall not include work performed during an emergency. Emergency means a condition where there is clear and immediate danger to life or health, or essential services, or a potentially significant loss of property. When the emergency condition ends, pipeline construction will be in accordance with these rules.
