Incidental Equipment definition

Incidental Equipment shall refer to the equipment reasonably necessary for OPERATOR to conduct business on the Leased Premises as described in this Agreement other than Gaming Devices including, but not limited to, surveillance and alarm systems, change tables, money safes or vaults, money counting or wrapping equipment, beverage dispensing equipment, chairs, etc.
Incidental Equipment has the meaning set forth in Section 1.5.3 of Appendix I.

Examples of Incidental Equipment in a sentence

  • MGI shall bear all costs and expenses necessary to carry out the Program including, but not limited to costs and expenses related to: purchase or leasing of Gaming Devices and the Incidental Equipment; freight and delivery charges; installation costs; de-installation and removal costs; governmental fees, taxes and assessments; and maintenance and repair costs for the Gaming Devices and the Incidental Equipment as well as the Licensed Premises.

  • MGI shall at all times comply with any and all local, city, county, state and federal laws, regulations and orders now in effect or which may hereafter be enacted pertaining to or affecting the installation, operation or maintenance of the Gaming Devices and the Incidental Equipment.

  • MGI shall regularly service, clean and maintain each Gaming Device and all Incidental Equipment and shall promptly and at its sole expense repair or replace any faulty or defective parts or equipment.

  • MGI may install and operate as a part of the Incidental Equipment non-alcoholic beverage machines for the complimentary dispensing to its patrons of beverages such as coffee and soft drinks.

  • The term "Incidental Equipment" shall refer to that equipment, excluding the Gaming Devices, reasonably necessary for MGI to conduct business from the Licensed Premises as described in this Agreement including, but not limited to, "change tables", money changing equipment, beverage dispensing equipment, chairs, etc.

  • Arrangements shall be made with MGI for any movement of the Gaming Devices and the Incidental Equipment within a Store during any such period of remodeling or construction.

  • Upon expiration, termination or cancellation of this Agreement, and on or before the effective date thereof, MGI shall remove all Gaming Devices and all Incidental Equipment.

  • MGI will pay any sales, use, excise, privilege or personal property taxes (or other taxes) or fees levied against any Gaming Devices and/or any item of Incidental Equipment, based on the installations and/or operation of the Gaming Devices, or any of them, and/or the Incidental Equipment, or based upon the business activities of MGI.

  • MGI warrants that it shall keep each Gaming Device and all Incidental Equipment in good operating order and condition at all times and at its sole cost and expense.

  • Upon the expiration or termination of this Agreement, OPERATOR shall remove its Gaming Devices, Incidental Equipment, and its other property from each Licensed Premises.

Related to Incidental Equipment

  • Rental Equipment means tangible personal property sold, rented, leased, or licensed to customers to the extent that the item is actually used by the customer for rental, lease, or license to others; provided that:

  • Capital Equipment means machinery and equipment purchased or leased, and used in this state by the purchaser or lessee primarily for manufacturing, fabricating, mining, or refining tangible personal property to be sold ultimately at retail if the machinery and equipment are essential to the integrated production process of manufacturing, fabricating, mining, or refining. Capital equipment also includes machinery and equipment used primarily to electronically transmit results retrieved by a customer of an online computerized data retrieval system.

  • Electrical equipment means underground equipment that contains dielectric fluid that is necessary for the operation of equipment such as transformers and buried electrical cable.

  • School equipment means a durable school-owned machine, equipment, or tool used by a student as part of an activity, course, or program in a secondary school and includes a saw or 3D printer. “School equipment” includes a saw or 3D printer.

  • New equipment means equipment for which, by the cut-off date, neither of the following events has occurred:

  • Additional Equipment means any equipment you might purchase from a supplier other than us(whether or not this supplier is recommended by us).

  • Control equipment means equipment necessary for the setting and/or unsetting of an immobilizer.

  • Port Cargo Handling Equipment means rubber-tired gantry cranes, straddle carriers, shuttle carriers, and terminal tractors, including yard hostlers and yard tractors that operate within ports.

  • Optional equipment means all the features not included in the standard equipment which are fitted to a vehicle under the responsibility of the manufacturer, and that can be ordered by the customer.

  • Equipment is all “equipment” as defined in the Code with such additions to such term as may hereafter be made, and includes without limitation all machinery, fixtures, goods, vehicles (including motor vehicles and trailers), and any interest in any of the foregoing.

  • Farm equipment means equipment used directly for farming

  • Service Equipment means any equipment, Software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by or on behalf of Verizon and used to facilitate provision of the Services at a Customer Site. Ownership of the Service Equipment does not pass to Customer. Service Equipment does not include Verizon Facilities.

  • Medical equipment means equipment used in a patient care environment to support patient treatment and diagnosis.

  • Standard equipment means the basic configuration of a vehicle which is equipped with all the features that are required under the regulatory acts of the Contracting Party including all features that are fitted without giving rise to any further specifications on configuration or equipment level.

  • Fixed Equipment means any property affixed in any way to the Licensed Premises existing at the time Notice to Proceed is given, whose removal would damage the Licensed Premises.

  • Terminal Equipment means all telephone instruments, including pay telephone equipment, the common equipment of large and small key and PBX systems and other devices and apparatus, and associated wirings, which are intended to be connected electrically, acoustically or inductively to the telecommunication system of the telephone utility.

  • Material Equipment means such equipment, which, acting in accordance with a Reasonable and Prudent Standard, the Generator could reasonably be expected to have ordered and/or concluded a supply agreement in respect of in accordance with the Target Commissioning Date, and in any event, such equipment shall include the electricity generating engines.

  • Designated Equipment means either: (i) a server identified by serial number, or host I.D. on which the Licensed Materials are stored; or (ii) a computer or workstation, as identified by its serial number, host I.D. number or Ethernet address; to which the Licensed Materials are downloaded and Used only upon the issuance of a License Key. The Designated Equipment shall be of a manufacture, make and model, and have the configuration, capacity (i.e., memory/disk), operating software version level, and pre- requisite and co-requisite applications, prescribed in the Documentation as necessary or desirable for the operation of the Software.

  • Load Control Equipment means the equipment (which may include, but is not limited to, ripple receivers and relays) that is from time to time installed in, over or on Consumer’s Premises for the purpose of receiving signals sent by Load Signalling Equipment and switching on and off, or otherwise controlling, controllable load;

  • Consumables means all items which are consumed in the execution of the Work, without being directly incorporated in the Work, such as fuel, electricity, water, POL, welding rods, electrodes and utilities.

  • Company Equipment means all equipment supplied by the Company to the Contractor, to use in the performance of the Work and which is specified in the Contract as “Company Equipment”.

  • Tooling means tools funded or provided by the Buyer.

  • Accessory equipment means any equipment associated with the installation of a wireless telecommunications facility, including but not limited to cabling, generators, fans, air conditioning units, electrical panels, equipment shelters, equipment cabinets, equipment buildings, pedestals, meters, vaults, splice boxes, and surface location markers.

  • Gaming Equipment means any and all gaming devices, gaming device parts inventory and other related gaming equipment and supplies used in connection with the operation of a casino, including (without limitation), slot machines, gaming tables, cards, dice, chips, tokens, player tracking systems, cashless wagering systems, electronic betting systems, mobile gaming systems and associated equipment which are located at the Casino Components, owned or leased by Operating Company or Mortgage Borrower and used or useable exclusively in the present or future operation of slot machines and live games at the Casino Component, together with all improvements and/or additions thereto.

  • Equipments and ‘Plants’ shall mean and include all sorts of machineries and accessories, apparatus, instruments, components manufactured articles and parts etc. to be supplied or provided by the contractor under the terms of the contract , unless otherwise specified

  • Analytical x-ray equipment means equipment used for x-ray diffraction or fluorescence analysis.
