ICTI Leases means a lease dated 31 May 2000 between (1) Derno Estates Limited and (2) Gxxxx Limited (now named CTS Analytical) commencing on 10 May 2000 and expiring on 9 May 2005 comprising premises more particularly described therein on the Sxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxx X, Xxxxxx Xxxxx, Xx.   • Material Leases has the meaning set forth in Section 4.21.

  • Equipment Leases shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(b) hereof.

  • Assumed Contracts has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(d).

  • Facility Leases means all of the leases of Facilities listed on Schedule 4.6(a).

  • Real Estate Leases has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(d)(ii).

  • Lease Agreements shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.14.

  • Other Leases means, collectively, the Lease Agreements between Landlord, or an Affiliate of Landlord, and Tenant with respect to the properties described on Exhibit B, but excluding any Lease Agreements terminated pursuant to their terms or by mutual agreement of the parties.

  • Leaseholds of any Person means all the right, title and interest of such Person as lessee or licensee in, to and under leases or licenses of land, improvements and/or fixtures.
