Iberclear Members means the respective participating entities (entidades participantes) in Iberclear;

Iberclear Members means the participating entities (entidades participantes) in Iberclear pursuant to the Iberclear Regulation and any regulation concordant to it , and “Iberclear Member” means any one of the Iberclear Members;

  • Without prejudice to Clause 11.1, the Local Paying Agent shall upon receipt of the Notice forward a copy of the Notice (including the forms of Block Voting Instruction and Voting Certificate contained in the Notice) to Iberclear for the attention of the Iberclear Members.

  • One or more Book-Entry Certificates will be delivered by the relevant Iberclear Member or, where the Noteholder is itself an Iberclear Member, by Iberclear (in each case, in accordance with the requirements of Spanish law and the relevant Iberclear Member's or, as the case may be, Iberclear's procedures) to such Noteholder upon such Noteholder's request.

  • Class B Members means any Persons to whom Class B Membership Units are issued, and any assignee or transferee of such Persons permitted under the terms of this Agreement, and any other Person admitted to the Company in the future as a Class B Member pursuant to the terms hereof. The names of the Class B Members, and the Percentage Interests allocated to each such Class B Member, shall be reflected in the books and records of the Company.

  • Unit Holders means all Unit Holders.

  • Founding Members means those public school districts, cities, counties, and other governmental units that are signatories to the Joint Powers Agreement and have a voting member serving on the JPA's Board of Directors.

  • Class A Members means those Members who have purchased Class A Interests.

  • Unitholders means the holders of Units.

  • New Members As Defined By the Public Employees’ Pension Reform Act of 2013 (PEPRA)

  • Participating Entities and “Participating Entity” are defined on the Coversheet.

  • Member Club means any past or present member club of the NFL or any past member club of the American Football League.

  • Participating Entity Any Subcontractor or Subservicer which is “participating in the servicing function” within the meaning of Item 1122 of Regulation AB; provided, further, for the purposes of the third paragraph of Section 7.04(c), that a “Participating Entity” shall be determined without respect to any threshold limitations in Instruction 2. to Item 1122 of Regulation AB. Person: Any individual, corporation, partnership, limited liability company, joint venture, association, joint-stock company, trust, unincorporated organization, government or any agency or political subdivision thereof.

  • Common Member means a Member holding Common Units.

  • Unit Owners shall according to the context, mean all purchasers and/or intending purchasers of different Flats / apartments / Units in the Buildings and shall also include the Builder in respect of such Flats / apartments / Units which are retained and/or not alienated and/or not agreed to be alienated for the time being by the Vendors and/or the Builder.

  • General Partner Units has the meaning assigned to such term in the Partnership Agreement.

  • Panel Member ’ means a member of a panel;
