Hot Desk definition

Hot Desk. This membership allows you the use of an unassigned seat in an open workspace within the Space, plus the use of the community amenities.
Hot Desk. An individual package that gives one person representing an organization the right to use shared work stations in the middle of an open concept workspace for the number of hours per month specified in the Membership Type and use of meeting rooms for up to 4 hours per month depending on the Hot Desk package you choose.   • Hot Desk Operation – Allow system users to log in and log out of telephones throughout the system.

  • In no event will the number of Members exceed 1.5 times the Capacity, regardless of additional fees paid; however affiliated members with other active memberships offered by WeWork such as We Membership, Hot Desk, and/or separate Dedicated Desk Memberships using desks outside of the Office Space will not count towards this limit.

  • These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) describe your rights and obligations in connection with your receipt and use of the services provided by WeWork in connection with your We Membership, Hot Desk, Daily Desk, Conference Room or other services specified herein (the “Services”, as further described below).

  • If the Client has Guest Passes authorized by PEACHTREE OFFICES, the Guest only has access to a Hot Desk in the Common Area and subject to availability.

  • On the days that the Dedicated Desk Client has a Guest, the Dedicated Desk Client may also work at any available Hot Desk.

  • In no event will the number of Members exceed 1.5 times the number of desks in the Office Space, regardless of additional fees paid; however affiliated members with active We Membership, Hot Desk, and/or separate Dedicated Desk Memberships using desks outside of the Office Space will not count towards this limit.

  • Except for Hot Desk, all payment of charges shall be made by the User within 7 days upon receiving the invoice from MDEC.

  • For the Hot Desk, the payment of charges payable monthly shall be paid in advance on or before the first day of every month.

  • Applicants for Hot Desk Space/Office Space for less than six months:  on first use of the building, applicants must complete a Registration Form which demonstrates that applicants:  have the potential to pay the rent.

  • Procedure for referral to DJS: 2.1. Identify the juvenile and conduct a records check through the Hot Desk and DJS.

  • Help Desk means the contact point established by Project Co in respect of the Help Desk Services for the notification of Demand Requisitions, the occurrence of Events and other matters arising in relation to the provision of Services;

  • Customer Services means the call centre for dealing with queries about your Card. You can contact Customer Services by calling 01 693 3333, or contacting us directly.

  • Product Description means the description of each Hospitality Package, or series of Hospitality Packages which are the subject of any Confirmation of Purchase.

  • Local Area Network or “LAN” means the infrastructure that enables the ability to transfer IP services within Sites (including data, voice and video conferencing services).

  • Area network means a type of electric distribution system served by multiple transformers interconnected in an electrical network circuit, which is generally used in large metropolitan areas that are densely populated, in order to provide highly reliable service. Area network has the same meaning as the term "distribution secondary grid network" found in institute of electrical and electronics engineers (IEEE) standard 1547 sub clause 4.1.4.

  • Network Area means the 50 mile radius around the local school campus the Named Insured is attending.

  • PSTN means the Public Switched Telephone Network.

  • DSL refers to a set of service-enhancing copper technologies that are designed to provide digital communications services over copper Loops either in addition to or instead of normal analog voice service, sometimes referred to herein as xDSL, including, but not limited to, the following:

  • Configuration means State-specific changes made to the Software without Source Code or structural data model changes occurring.

  • Customer Service means Company’s customer service telephone service department or representatives.

  • Directory means the Directory of Certified "Minority Business Enterprises" and "Women Business Enterprises" maintained and published by the City of Chicago. The Directory identifies firms that have been certified as MBEs and WBEs, and includes both the date of their last certification and the area of specialty in which they have been certified. Contractors are responsible for verifying the current certification status of all proposed MBE, and WBE firms.

  • Passenger Services means the Franchisee's railway passenger services as specified in any Timetable and/or Plan of the Day including those railway passenger services which the Franchisee may delegate or subcontract or otherwise secure through any other person from time to time in accordance with the Franchise Agreement;

  • Data Center means the location where the production instance of the Cloud Service is hosted for the Customer in its region, as published at: xxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx/corporate-en/about/our- company/policies/data-privacy-and-security/location-of-data-center.html or notified to Customer or otherwise agreed in an Order Form.

  • Service Desk means the single point of entry for all Service Tickets and Service Requests which can be accessed over the phone, by email or via our portal.

  • Host At Destination means the person with whom the Insured is sharing prearranged overnight accommodations in the host's home.

  • Helpdesk means the helpdesk facility provided by GBG to handle enquiries and administration for the Service.

  • system user means a natural or legal person supplying to, or being supplied by, a transmission or distribution system;

  • Project Description means the document that describes the Project's Reduction activities and that uses either the VCS Project Description Template or the project description template specified by the relevant Approved GHG Program;

  • Service Description means pre-defined descriptions of services found at http://www.sap.com/servicedescriptions current as of the effective date of the Order Form which in conjunction with a Scope Document (if any) defines the Services to be provided and becomes part of the Order Form.

  • ACD means Threadneedle Investment Services Limited, the authorised corporate director of the Company.

  • Basic Comprehensive User Guide means the Ministry document titled Basic Comprehensive Certificates of Approval (Air) User Guide” dated April 2004 as amended.

  • Data Center(s) means the site or sites at which the Software will be hosted to provide the Authorized Services to Customers. Such site or sites shall at all times be owned or controlled by the Provider.

  • Rack means a mechanism for delivering motor vehicle fuel or diesel from a refinery or terminal into a truck, trailer, railroad car, or other means of non-bulk transfer.

  • Customer System means the Customer's computing environment (consisting of hardware, software and/or telecommunications networks or equipment) used by the Customer or the Supplier in connection with this Contract which is owned by or licensed to the Customer by a third party and which interfaces with the Supplier System or which is necessary for the Customer to receive the Services;

  • Child support services means any civil, criminal or administrative action taken by the Division of
