High Desert Project definition

High Desert Project means the approximately 130.3 MW solar project owned by HDSI LLC located in San Bernardino County, California.
High Desert Project means the design, construction and placing in service of the additional lateral facilities to the Pipeline described in the Application for Public Convenience and Necessity filed by the Company with the FERC on July 18, 2001 for authority to construct, own and operate the High Desert Lateral, Docket CP 00-000-000.
