Supplier represents and warrants that all Products sold to Buyer meet the Maximum Concentration Values and Materials Declaration Requirements unless Buyer and Supplier agree in writing that (1) RoHS Directive explicitly exempts the Product in question or (2) the RoHS Directive explicitly exempts the exceedance of the Maximum Concentration Values in the particular Product or component thereof.
Supplier will include all information required by the RoHS Directive, the WEEE Directive or other laws.
