Waste electrical and electronic equipment. The ground support or any spare equipment supplied under this Agreement (excluding any flight launched equipment) falls into the scope of the European regulation in relation with waste electrical and electronic equipment and the relevant national law. Under this regulation, BUYER agrees to be responsible for collection, treatment, recovery and environmentally sound disposal of the equipment in compliance with its national laws and to bear the relevant cost. More generally, BUYER undertakes to comply with the duties required by such regulation under its national laws and to assign the obligations provided in this clause to the next buyer of the Equipment. BUYER undertakes to verify that such regulation has been assigned properly to the end-user of the Equipment.

Waste electrical and electronic equipment. Subject to the regulations applicable to non consumer clients, the proper recovery/recycling of waste resulting from electrical and/or electronic items arising at the Customer’s locations in the European Union will be managed by Entco, provided that the waste equipment is first returned by the Customer to an Entco designated collection point; it being understood that Customer is the only producer of waste under the applicable law. Entco will provide addresses of these collection points when requested by the Customer. Entco will only pay the recovery/recycling costs once the customers have returned the computer equipment and printing or peripheral devices to an Entco designated collection point. These terms apply only to Entco-branded waste whether or not a replacement product is being supplied. Related additional services such as equipment collection from the Customer’s site and data destruction can be provided on request at additional cost.

In accordance with the Act of 29 July 2005 on waste electrical and electronic equipment (Journal of Laws No. 180, item 1495), the Client, when purchasing electrical or electronic equipment, has the right to return old (used) equipment of the same type to the store where he bought the new product. Clients of Gamedot Sp. z o.o., wishing to take advantage of this possibility, are kindly asked to send the used equipment to the following address: Gamedot Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, Żabikowska 66, 62-030 Luboń.

Waste electrical and electronic equipment. We warrant that We are not the producer of the Hardware or any part thereof for the purposes of the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Regulations 2006 as amended and bear no responsibility for the disposal of any part of the Hardware under the said regulations.
Waste electrical and electronic equipment. Sundance will ensure that any end of life product(s), received with prior notice, will be processed in the "best available technique". Sundance should be informed that the product(s) are being sent back and the shipment will be made at the customer's expense. This offer is limited to products that have been explicitly manufactured by Sundance. It does not include any computers, power supplies or housings etc., that have been obtained from other third parties for use with Sundance equipment. Xxxxxxxx reserves the right to amend this policy without further notice.

If Buyer is located in, or uses any Product within, any Member State of the European Union, and such Product was purchased after 13 August 2005, Xxxxx agrees to return any Product to Seller, at Seller’s expense, at the end of such Product’s useful life. Buyer warrants that such return of Product will be the exclusive method by which Buyer will dispose of any Product.
