Haulage Service Charge definition

Haulage Service Charge means the charge payable by a Network User under the Agreement for a Haulage Reference Service as calculated in accordance with the Agreement and the Tariff Schedule from time to time.

  • Service Charges means the fees levied by the municipality in terms of its tariff policy for any municipal services rendered in respect of an immovable property and includes any penalties, interest or surcharges levied or imposed in terms of this policy.

  • Maritime cargo handling services means activities exercised by stevedore companies, including terminal operators, but not including the direct activities of dockers, when this workforce is organised independently of the stevedoring or terminal operator companies.
