Guaranteed Contracts definition

Guaranteed Contracts means each of the Required Contracts, but excluding the licenses agreements with Disney Consumer Products Inc., Marvel Brands LLC, and Lucas Films.

Guaranteed Contracts means Crude Oil Contracts with respect to which the payment and/or performance obligations of Genesis OLP are guaranteed by Salomon Inc pursuant to a Guaranty.

Guaranteed Contracts or “Guaranteed SPAs” have the meanings 85 ascribed to them in Article 8.F.1.
