Contracts Schedule means the schedule of rejected Executory Contracts that will initially be filed with the Plan Supplement and may be amended, modified, or supplemented (including by adding or removing Executory Contracts) at any time thereafter through and including the Confirmation Date.

Contracts Schedule. (i) no Contract set forth on the attached “Contracts Schedule,” has been breached in any material respect by the Company or canceled by the other party thereto, which breach or cancellation has not been duly cured or reinstated; (ii) no member of the Company Group is in receipt of any written claim of default under any such Contract dated less than ten days prior to the date of this Agreement; and (iii) each Contract listed on the attached “Contracts Schedule” is valid, binding and enforceable against the Company or one or more members of the Company Group, as applicable, except as such enforceability may be limited by (A) applicable insolvency, bankruptcy, reorganization, moratorium or other similar Laws affecting creditors’ rights generally, and (B) applicable equitable principles (whether considered in a proceeding at law or in equity).
