Examples of Guaranteed Liabilities in a sentence
Transfer The Authority may assign all or any of its rights and benefits under this Guarantee to any person to whom it assigns or transfers any of the Guaranteed Liabilities.
If, by this Clause or otherwise, this Guarantee ceases to be a continuing guarantee, it shall guarantee all Guaranteed Liabilities as at the date of cessation, together with any Guaranteed Liabilities incurred after that date pursuant to a Relevant Contract, obligation or commitment of the Authority entered into before that date (together the Continuing Guaranteed Liabilities).
The Guarantor has agreed to give this Guarantee to the Authority to guarantee the Guaranteed Liabilities.
Disclosure of information The Authority may disclose to any person to whom it assigns (or may potentially assign) any of its rights or benefits under this Guarantee any information it thinks fit in relation to the Guarantor or the Guaranteed Liabilities.
