GRS Settlement Benefit Amount definition

GRS Settlement Benefit Amount means, with respect to any Electing GRS Holder, an amount equal to such Holder's Pro Rata share (calculated by reference to the GRS Pension Claims held by Electing GRS Holders) of such percentage of the State GRS Consideration as is equal to the ratio of Electing GRS Holders to all Holders of GRS Pension Claims, which GRS Settlement Benefit Amount is estimated to equal 8.0% of such Electing GRS Holder’s Current Accrued Annual Pension.
GRS Settlement Benefit Amount means, with respect to any Electing GRS Holder, an amount equal to such Holder's Pro Rata share (calculated by reference to the GRS Pension Claims held by Electing GRS Holders) of such percentage of the State GRS Consideration as is equal to the ratio of Electing GRS Holders to all Holders of GRS Pension Claims, which GRS Settlement Benefit Amount is estimated to equal 8.0% of such Electing GRS Holder’s Current Accrued Annual Pension.Trust Agreement" means that certain Trust Agreement, by and between the City and the individual trustees identified therein, establishing an irrevocable trust to which assets currently held by the GRS and future contributions to the GRS, together with all earnings and losses thereon, will be transferred and held by an independent board of trustees for the exclusive benefit of members of the GRS and their beneficiaries, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit I.A.151.

Related to GRS Settlement Benefit Amount

  • Gross Settlement Amount means Two Hundred Forty Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents ($240,000.00) which is the total amount Defendant agrees to pay under the Settlement. The Gross Settlement Amount will be used to pay Individual Settlement Payments, Individual PAGA Payments, the LWDA PAGA Payment, Class Counsel Fees Payment, Class Counsel Litigation Expenses Payment, Class Representative Service Payment, and the Administration Expenses.

  • Cash Settlement Payment Date means in relation to a Series of Notes, the date specified as such or otherwise determined as provided in the relevant Final Terms.

  • Benefit Amount shall have the meaning set forth in Section 20.12 hereof.

  • Maximum Benefit Amount means the maximum amount payable for coverage provided to You as shown in the Schedule of Benefits.

  • Maximum Settlement Amount means $500,000,000 as amended or modified in accordance with Appendix E.

  • Benefit Distribution Date means the date upon which all or an objectively determinable portion of a Participant’s vested benefits will become eligible for distribution. Except as otherwise provided in the Plan, a Participant’s Benefit Distribution Date shall be determined based on the earliest to occur of an event or scheduled date set forth in Articles 4 through 9, as applicable.

  • Cash Settlement Amount means the “Cash Settlement Amount” as determined by the Calculation Agent in accordance with Paragraph 6.

  • Gross Settlement Fund means the Settlement Amount plus all interest earned thereon.

  • Retirement Benefit means the benefit set forth in Article 5.

  • Individual Settlement Payment means the amount payable from the Net

  • Scheduled Settlement Date means a date on which a payment or delivery is to be made under Section 2(a)(i) with respect to a Transaction.

  • Early Retirement Benefit means the retirement benefit payable to a member following early

  • Post-Closing Adjustment Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 1.9.3.

  • Net Share Settlement Amount For any Settlement Date, an amount equal to the product of (i) the number of Warrants exercised or deemed exercised on the relevant Exercise Date, (ii) the Strike Price Differential for the relevant Valuation Date and (iii) the Warrant Entitlement.

  • Net Settlement Amount means the Gross Settlement Amount, less the following payments in the amounts approved by the Court: Individual PAGA Payments, the LWDA PAGA Payment, Class Representative Service Payment, Class Counsel Fees Payment, Class Counsel Litigation Expenses Payment, and the Administration Expenses Payment. The remainder is to be paid to Participating Class Members as Individual Class Payments.

  • Cash Settlement Date means, for each Financially Settled Futures Transaction, the Business Day determined by Exchange from time to time in accordance with industry practice for such Transaction, as posted on Exchange’s Website not less than one month prior to the occurrence of such date, other than Invoices issued as a result of a Contracting Party’s Default or under the Close- out Procedure which amounts require payment immediately;

  • Accrued Benefit means the amount standing in a Participant's Account(s) as of any date derived from both Employer contributions and Employee contributions, if any.

  • Company Contribution Amount means, for any one Plan Year, the amount determined in accordance with Section 3.5.

  • Cash Settlement Averaging Period means (a) with respect to any Conversion Date occurring on or after the 24th Scheduled Trading Day immediately preceding the Maturity Date, the twenty (20) consecutive Trading Day period ending on, and including, the third Scheduled Trading Day immediately preceding the Maturity Date and (b) in all other cases, the twenty (20) consecutive Trading Day period beginning on, and including, the third Trading Day immediately following the relevant Conversion Date.

  • Supplemental Retirement Benefit means the benefit determined under Article V of this Plan.

  • Final Adjustment Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4(c).

  • Capacity Benefit Margin or “CBM” shall mean the amount of firm transmission transfer capability preserved by the transmission provider for Load-Serving Entities (“LSEs”), whose loads are located on that Transmission Service Provider’s system, to enable access by the LSEs to generation from interconnected systems to meet generation reliability requirements. Preservation of CBM for an LSE allows that entity to reduce its installed generating capacity below that which may otherwise have been necessary without interconnections to meet its generation reliability requirements. The transmission transfer capability preserved as CBM is intended to be used by the LSE only in times of emergency generation deficiencies.

  • Normal Retirement Benefit means the benefit described in Section 2.1.

  • Termination Benefit means the benefit set forth in Article 7.

  • Accrual Distribution Amount With respect to any Distribution Date on or prior to the Accretion Termination Date, an amount equal to the amount of the Accrued Certificate Interest on the Accrual Certificates that is added to the Certificate Principal Balance thereof on such Distribution Date pursuant to Section 4.02(h).

  • Early Settlement Amount has the meaning specified in Section 5.9(a).
