Irrevocable Trust. This Agreement and the nomination of the Trustee during the term of the trust shall be irrevocable by Parent and its affiliates and shall terminate only in accordance with the provisions of Paragraphs 9 and 15 hereof.

Irrevocable Trust. This Agreement and any trust created hereunder shall be irrevocable and shall not be subject to alteration or amendment in any respect.
