RSU Agreement definition

RSU Agreement means a written agreement between the Company and a Participant evidencing the terms and conditions of an individual Award of Restricted Stock Units.
RSU Agreement means a written agreement between the Corporation and a Participant evidencing the grant of RSUs and the terms and conditions thereof;
