Sub-grant Agreement definition

Sub-grant Agreement means an agreement entered into, or proposed to be entered into, between the Bank and a Sub-grant Recipient;
Sub-grant Agreement means the agreement to be entered into between the Recipient, through MOH, and an Implementing Partner, pursuant to Section 6.01 (b) and paragraph C of Schedule 4 to this Agreement, as the same may be amended from time to time, and such term includes all schedules to the Sub-Grant Agreement;
Sub-grant Agreement means the agreement to be entered into between the Borrower, through its Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, and a Beneficiary for purposes of providing a Sub-grant, as the same may be amended from time to time with the prior agreement of the Association, and the term “Sub-grant Agreements” means, collectively, more than one Sub-grant Agreement.
