Sub-grant Agreement means the agreement to be entered into between EPF and a Part A Beneficiary or Part B Beneficiary for purposes of implementing and financing a Sub-project under Part A or B of the Project, and the term “Sub-grant Agreements” means collectively, all such Sub-grant Agreements;

Sub-grant Agreement means an agreement between the Recipient and a Beneficiary, providing for a Sub-grant to the Beneficiary for the purpose of financing a Subproject.

More Definitions of Sub-grant Agreement

Sub-grant Agreement means any subcontracting agreement or arrangement entered into by the Grantee with a Sub-Grantee under this Agreement that provides some or all of the Grant to a Sub-Grantee to perform and deliver some or all of the Activity. Sub-Grantee means an organisation or entity that enters into a Sub-Grant Agreement.

Sub-grant Agreement means the agreement to be entered into between the Recipient, through MOH, and an Implementing Partner, pursuant to Section 6.01 (b) and paragraph C of Schedule 4 to this Agreement, as the same may be amended from time to time, and such term includes all schedules to the Sub-Grant Agreement;

Sub-grant Agreement means an agreement between the Recipient and a Beneficiary, and referred to in paragraph 6(f) of Schedule 4 to this Agreement;

Sub-grant Agreement means the agreement referred to in paragraph B.8 of Schedule 4 to this Agreement;

Sub-grant Agreement means the agreement to be entered into between a Project Executing Agency and a Beneficiary pursuant to paragraph 2 (c) of Part B of Schedule 4 to this Agreement, as the same may be amended from time to time; and such term includes all schedules to the Sub-grant Agreement;

Sub-grant Agreement means an agreement to be entered into between PIU, on behalf of MoE, and an eligible Beneficiary in accordance with the provisions of Part C.2 (c) of Schedule 4 to this Agreement;

Sub-grant Agreement means each agreement to be entered into by a Sub-Grantee and the Recipient, setting out the terms and conditions, acceptable to the World Bank, on which the Recipient may make a portion of the proceeds of the Grant available to a Sub-Grantee for the purposes of carrying out a Sub-Project, in each case on terms and conditions consistent with this Agreement including each of the provisions set out in Section 2.03(c) of this Annex. “Sub-Grant Agreements” means more than one Sub-Grant Agreement.
