Sub-grant Agreement definition

Sub-grant Agreement means an agreement entered into, or proposed to be entered into, between the Bank and a Sub-grant Recipient; and
Sub-grant Agreement means the agreement to be entered into between EPF and a Part A Beneficiary or Part B Beneficiary for purposes of implementing and financing a Sub-project under Part A or B of the Project, and the term “Sub-grant Agreements” means collectively, all such Sub-grant Agreements;
Sub-grant Agreement means any subcontracting agreement or arrangement entered into by the Grantee with a Sub-Grantee under this Agreement that provides some or all of the Grant to a Sub-Grantee to perform and deliver some or all of the Activity. Sub-Grantee means an organisation or entity that enters into a Sub-Grant Agreement.

More Definitions of Sub-grant Agreement

Sub-grant Agreement means an agreement between the Recipient and a Beneficiary, providing for a Sub-grant to the Beneficiary for the purpose of financing a Subproject.

Sub-grant Agreement means a written agreement to be entered into between MOE and a Beneficiary in accordance with terms and conditions satisfactory to the Association, including those set forth in paragraph 6 of Schedule 4 to this Agreement; and
Sub-grant Agreement means a Sub-Grant Agreement for a Community Grant or a Construction Grant Agreement, as the case may be.
