Grade II definition

Grade II means a person who, in addition to the duties contained within Grade I, can perform any or all of the following duties: all cleaning associated with pots, pans, stoves, refrigerators or any other kitchen machinery; general kitchen cleaning; high cleaning; inside cleaning; outside cleaning; stripping or sealing floors; portering patients and/or heavy equipment; operation of industrial washing machines; cleaning of tooth and vomit bowls; sanitising of bed pans and other equipment; the cooking and/or preparation of light refreshments (eg. eggs, toast, salads, etc.); the making of unoccupied beds; cleaning garbage bins; sweeping paths; keeping the outside of buildings clean and tidy; assisting the gardener in labouring duties under supervision; mowing lawns.

Grade II. Means a person employed in a centre who is responsible directly to the Functional Programmer Grade I or to Management for the implementation of programme components, care and training of clients and supervises subordinate staff. For training refer Clause 151 – Training for Functional Programmers and Programme Assistants.

More Definitions of Grade II

Grade II. Means a person employed as such who assists in carrying out the programme established for the centre and who assists in the care and training of clients. For training refer Clause 151 – Training for Functional Programmers and Programme Assistants.
Grade II means a person appointed as such who is wholly or substantially engaged in routine laboratory procedures of a technical or special nature including routine bio-chemical, bacteriological or haematological tests or counts.
Grade II means an employee, appointed as such who is required to perform, in addition to the duties appropriate to a Hospital Assistant, Grade I, duties such as high cleaning, outside cleaning, stripping and/or sealing of floors, portering of patients and/or heavy equipment, etc, loading and/or unloading of commercial-type washing machines, cleaning of tooth and vomit bowls, sanitising of bed pans and other equipment, the cooking and/or preparing of light refreshments (e.g., eggs, toast, salads), making unoccupied beds. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing it shall include duties traditionally associated with the former classifications of Dressmaker, Kitchenman, Laundry Employee, , Xxxxxx (all grades), Xxxxxx/Cleaner (all grades), Lift Attendant, Laboratory Attendant, Attendant-Vehicle Parking, , Incinerator Attendant, Gardener's Labourer, General Reliever.
Grade II means a person who is in possession of the Pathology Technicians Higher Certificate or its equivalent.

  • Grade point average or "GPA" means the grade point average earned by an eligible student and reported by the high school or participating institution in which the student was enrolled based on a scale of 4.0 or its equivalent if the high school or participating institution that the student attends does not use the 4.0 grade scale;

  • 2 Wire Analog Voice Grade Loop or “Analog 2W” provides an effective 2-wire channel with 2-wire interfaces at each end that is suitable for the transport of analog Voice Grade (nominal 300 to 3000 Hz) signals and loop-start signaling.   • Downgrade Event means, unless otherwise specified on the Cover Sheet, for a Party means that Party’s Credit Rating falls below BBB- from S&P or Baa3 from Moody’s or becomes no longer rated by either S&P or Moody’s.

  • Investment Grade Certificate As of any date of determination, a Certificate that is rated in one of the four highest generic rating categories by at least one Rating Agency that is defined as a “Rating Agency” under Section III of the Exemption.

  • Below Investment Grade Rating Event means the rating on the Notes is lowered in respect of a Change of Control and the Notes are rated below Investment Grade by both Rating Agencies on any date from the date of the public notice of an arrangement that could result in a Change of Control until the end of the 60-day period following public notice of the occurrence of a Change of Control (which period shall be extended until the ratings are announced if during such 60 day period the rating of the Notes is under publicly announced consideration for possible downgrade by either of the Rating Agencies); provided that a Below Investment Grade Rating Event otherwise arising by virtue of a particular reduction in rating shall not be deemed to have occurred in respect of a particular Change of Control (and thus shall not be deemed a Below Investment Grade Rating Event for purposes of the definition of Change of Control Repurchase Event hereunder) if the Rating Agencies making the reduction in rating to which this definition would otherwise apply do not announce or publicly confirm or inform the Company in writing at its request that the reduction was the result, in whole or in part, of any event or circumstance comprised of or arising as a result of, or in respect of, the applicable Change of Control (whether or not the applicable Change of Control shall have occurred at the time of the Below Investment Grade Rating Event).

  • Investment Grade Rating means a rating equal to or higher than Baa3 (or the equivalent) by Xxxxx’x and BBB- (or the equivalent) by S&P, or an equivalent rating by any other nationally recognized statistical rating agency selected by the Borrower.

  • Finished grade means the grade upon completion of the fill or excavation.

  • Class A-2 Component The Component having such designation.

  • DNS test Means one non-­‐recursive DNS query sent to a particular “IP address” (via UDP or TCP). If DNSSEC is offered in the queried DNS zone, for a query to be considered answered, the signatures must be positively verified against a corresponding DS record published in the parent zone or, if the parent is not signed, against a statically configured Trust Anchor. The answer to the query must contain the corresponding information from the Registry System, otherwise the query will be considered unanswered. A query with a “DNS resolution RTT” 5 times higher than the corresponding SLR, will be considered unanswered. The possible results to a DNS test are: a number in milliseconds corresponding to the “DNS resolution RTT” or, undefined/unanswered.

  • Investment Grade Ratings means a rating equal to or higher than Baa3 (or the equivalent) by Moody’s and BBB- (or the equivalent) by S&P, provided that no negative watch is placed on such rating.

  • Group I Senior Percentage As of each Distribution Date, the lesser of 100% and a fraction, expressed as a percentage, the numerator of which is the aggregate Certificate Principal Balance of the Group I Certificates immediately prior to such Distribution Date and the denominator of which is the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of all of the Mortgage Loans (or related REO Properties) in Loan Group I immediately prior to such Distribution Date.

  • Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) means the maximum weight of the vehicle, as specified by the manufacturer. GVWR includes total vehicle weight plus fluids, passengers, and cargo.

  • Class A-4 Component The Component having such designation.

  • Highest Adjacent Grade (HAG means the highest natural elevation of the ground surface, prior to construction, immediately next to the proposed walls of the structure.

  • Senior Percentage As of any Distribution Date, the lesser of 100% and a fraction, expressed as a percentage, the numerator of which is the aggregate Certificate Principal Balance of the Senior Certificates (other than the Class A-P Certificates) immediately prior to such Distribution Date and the denominator of which is the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of all of the Mortgage Loans (or related REO Properties) (other than the related Discount Fraction of each Discount Mortgage Loan) immediately prior to such Distribution Date.

  • Group II Senior Percentage For any Distribution Date, the lesser of (i) 100% and (ii) the aggregate Class Principal Balance of the Group II-A and Residual Certificates divided by the aggregate Class Principal Balance of the Group II Loans (exclusive of the Class II-P Fraction thereof, with respect to any Class II-P Mortgage Loan), in each case immediately before such Distribution Date.

  • Investment Grade Status shall occur when the Notes receive two of the following:

  • Collateral Senior Minimum Monthly Interest shall have the meaning specified in subsection 4.02(d).

  • Gross vehicle weight rating means the weight specified by the manufacturer as the loaded weight of a single vehicle.

  • Downgrade Advance means an Advance made pursuant to Section 2.02(c).

  • Investment Grade Rating Event means the first day on which the Notes have an Investment Grade Rating from each Rating Agency, and no Default has occurred and is then continuing under this Indenture.

  • LTM Fee Revenue has the meaning set forth in Section 7.2.2(c).
