Examples of Governmental Required Consents in a sentence

  • Except as set forth in Schedule 4.5 and subject to obtaining and making all applicable Consents (including Governmental Required Consents), on the applicable Transfer Date, Seller shall convey to Purchaser title to the Acquired Assets, free and clear of any Lien (other than Permitted Liens).

Related to Governmental Required Consents

  • Required Consents shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.5.
