Governmental Instrumentality definition

Governmental Instrumentality means any national, state or local government (whether domestic or foreign), any political subdivision thereof or any other governmental, quasi-governmental, judicial, public or statutory instrumentality, authority, body, agency, bureau or entity, (including the Nevada Gaming Authorities, any zoning authority, the FDIC, the Comptroller of the Currency or the Federal Reserve Board, any central bank or any comparable authority) or any arbitrator with authority to bind a party at law.
Governmental Instrumentality means any federal, state or local department, office, instrumentality, agency, board or commission having jurisdiction over a Party or any portion of the Work, the Project or the Site.
Governmental Instrumentality of any country shall mean such country and its government and any ministry, department, political subdivision, instrumentality, agency, corporation or commission under the direct or indirect control of such country.

Governmental Instrumentality means any legislative, judicial, regulatory, executive or other governmental body (including any agency, department, board, instrumentality, commission, office or authority) of the GoI or GoAP or any political sub-division thereof;
