Governmental Instrumentality definition

Governmental Instrumentality means any national, state or local government (whether domestic or foreign), any political subdivision thereof or any other governmental, quasi-governmental, judicial, public or statutory instrumentality, authority, body, agency, bureau or entity, (including the Nevada Gaming Authorities, any zoning authority, the FDIC, the Comptroller of the Currency or the Federal Reserve Board, any central bank or any comparable authority) or any arbitrator with authority to bind a party at law.

Governmental Instrumentality means any federal, state or local department, office, instrumentality, agency, board or commission having jurisdiction over a Party or any portion of the Work, the Project, the Site or the Off-Site Rights of Way and Easements.

Governmental Instrumentality of any country shall mean such country and its government and any ministry, department, political subdivision, instrumentality, agency, corporation or commission under the direct or indirect control of such country.

• The Contractor shall provide all reasonable support for carrying out their workto: (a) any other contractors employed by theAuthority; (b) the workmen of theAuthority; (c) the workmen of any Governmental Instrumentality who may be employed in the execution of work on or near the Site;and (d) such other persons as is required in the opinion of the Authority for successful completion of theProject.

• This Agreement is not a commercial agency agreement and shall not be registered with any Governmental Instrumentality.

• The HPD shall be further required to provide entry to the site of the Power Project free of all encumbrances at all times during the Term of the Agreement to GUVNL and a third Party nominated by any Indian Governmental Instrumentality for inspection and verification of the works being carried out by the HPD at the site of the Power Project.

Governmental Instrumentality means the Government of India, Governments of state of Gujarat, and any ministry, department, board, authority, agency, corporation, commission under the direct or indirect control of Government of India or any of the above state Government(s) or both, any political sub-division of any of them including any court or Appropriate Commission(s) or tribunal or judicial or quasi-judicial body of India;

Governmental Instrumentality means any legislative, judicial, regulatory, executive or other governmental body (including any agency, department, board, instrumentality, commission, office or authority) of the GoI or GoAP or any political sub-division thereof;

Governmental Instrumentality means any enterprise partially- or wholly owned or -controlled by a Governmental Authority.
