Governmental Instrumentality definition

Governmental Instrumentality means any federal, state or local department, office, instrumentality, agency, board or commission having jurisdiction over a Party or any portion of the Work, the Project, the Site or the Off-Site Rights of Way and Easements.
Governmental Instrumentality of any country shall mean such country and its government and any ministry, department, political subdivision, instrumentality, agency, corporation or commission under the direct or indirect control of such country.
Governmental Instrumentality means any enterprise partially- or wholly owned or -controlled by a Governmental Authority.

Governmental Instrumentality means the government of the People's Republic of China or any province, municipality or other political subdivision, instrumentality, ministry, department, agency, court, authority, corporation which has authority to exercise governmental functions or commission under the direct or indirect control of any such body.
