GNMA Account definition

GNMA Account means the account as designated in writing by Administrative Agent, in each case, as contemplated by Section 14.ff hereof.
GNMA Account means (a) the account designated as: Seller as agent, trustee, and/or bailee for Buyer and/or payments of various mortgagors and/or various owners of interest in loans — EBO P&I, Account No. 555230001, City National Bank, ABA # 000000000, (b) the account designated as: Seller as agent, trustee, and/or bailee for Buyer and/or payments of various mortgagors and/or various owners of interest in loans — FHA/VA Claims, Account No. 555230036, City National Bank, ABA # 000000000, or (c) such other account as designated in writing by Buyer, in each case, as contemplated by Section 14.ii hereof.
GNMA Account means (a) the account maintained by Buyer as designated in writing to Seller by Buyer or (b) the account maintained by Agent designated as: SPS XXX 000 X&X ACCT, Account No. 730140365, JPMorgan Chase Bank, ABA No. 000000000, or (c) such other account as designated in writing by Buyer, in each case, as contemplated by Section 14.ii hereof.

Examples of GNMA Account in a sentence

  • To the extent HUD deducts any amounts owing by Seller to HUD, Seller shall deposit, within four (4) Business Days following notice or knowledge of such deduction by HUD, such deducted amounts into the applicable GNMA Account.

  • Custodial Account The separate account or accounts created and maintained pursuant to Section 4.04.

  • Segregated Account means a client bank account as defined by and held in accordance with the Applicable Regulations.

  • Collection Accounts As defined in Section 3.10(a).

  • Special Account means the account referred to in Section 2.02 (b) of this Agreement;
