Gerova Properties definition

Gerova Properties means the collective reference to: (a) the various parcels of improved and unimproved real estate owned by direct and indirect Subsidiaries of Gerova; and (b) a portfolio of first and second mortgage loans held by direct and indirect Subsidiaries of Gerona that are listed on Exhibit B attached hereto.
