Company Fundamental Warranties means the warranties set forth in Section IV.1 (Corporate Existence and Power), Section IV.2 (Authorisation; No Contravention), Section 4.3 (Government Authorisation, ; Third Party Consents and Notices), Section 4.4 (Binding Effect), clauses (d) and (e) of Section 4.6 (Compliance with Laws; Anti-Bribery Laws) and Section IV.8 (Capitalisation).
Company Fundamental Warranties means any representations and warranties of the Company contained in Section 4.01(a) to Section 4.01(f) and Section 4.01(l).
