Franchisee Area definition

Franchisee Area means the geographic area referred to in this Agreement with in which any activity is allowed to the Franchisee by the Utility under this Agreement. The extent of the franchisee area shall be assigned in accordance with the relevant provisions ofGuidelines for Franchisee Development”.
