Force Chief Finance Officer means the person responsible to the Chief Constable for financial management within the Force and who is charged with the duties of a chief finance officer as set out in Sections 111 to 116 of the Local Government Finance Act 1988 and paragraph 4 of Schedule 2 and paragraph 1 of Schedule 4 to the Police Reform and Social Responsibility Act 2011
