Footpath Area definition

Footpath Area means that part of a street or road between the property boundary of the street or road and the edge of the carriageway on the same side as that boundary;
Footpath Area. - means any part of a Road Reserve abutting any part or parts of the Premises set aside by the Trustee from time to time and at any time for use as a footpath;

Footpath Area means that part of the Road between the boundary of the Road and the edge of the carriageway of the Road on the same side as that boundary.

Related to Footpath Area

  • ILUA Area means the geographical area in relation to which the Framework ILUA applies, as specified in Schedule 2 of the Framework ILUA;

  • footpath means a road over which there is a public right of way for pedestrians only, not being a footway;

  • Areas means such areas within the DAS Areas that are identified in Annexure A annexed to this Agreement;

  • Landscaped area means all the planting areas, turf areas, and water features in a landscape design plan subject to the Maximum Applied Water Allowance and Estimated Applied Water Use calculations.   • Drainage area means a geographic area within which stormwater, sediments, or dissolved materials drain to a particular receiving waterbody or to a particular point along a receiving waterbody.
