Fixed Period Contract with Renewals definition

Fixed Period Contract with Renewals has been checked in Section 3 above. If either “Fixed Period Contract” or “Fixed Period Contract with Renewals” has been checked, Vendor must not begin work until it receives a separate notice to proceed from the State. The notice to proceed will then be incorporated into the Contract via change order to memorialize the official date that work commenced.

Related to Fixed Period Contract with Renewals

  • Contract Month means a calendar month (or portion thereof) during the term of this Agreement. Contract Month 1 shall commence on the first day of the first calendar month following the Effective Date and end on the last day of that calendar month.
