Financing resolution definition

Financing resolution means a resolution adopted by the governing body of an authority that provides for the financing or refinancing of a utility project with utility cost containment bonds and that imposes a utility project charge in connection with the utility cost containment bonds in accordance with subsection (4). A financing resolution may be separate from a resolution authorizing the issuance of the bonds.
Financing resolution means a resolution adopted by the governing body of an authority financing a utility project with rate reduction bonds that establishes and imposes a utility project charge in connection with the rate reduction bonds in accordance with Section 6588.7
Financing resolution means a resolution of the Board of the Corporation adopted in accordance with this Act, whereby the Financing Property is created and the imposition and collection of Revitalization Charges, as well as the Approved Financing Costs, are approved through the issuance of Bonds, which resolution contains the Adjustment Mechanism, as provided in Section 6 of this Act.
